How to become a member of Mulia Privilege?
You can become a member of Mulia Privilege by staying a minimum of 1 (one) night at selected rate categories at Hotel Mulia Senayan - Jakarta or The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali.
Is there any fee to join Mulia Privilege?
There is no enrollment fee to join Mulia Privilege. Any guests, with qualifying requirements, can be a member by filling out a registration form or by invitation from Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta or The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali.
What are the benefits of becoming a Mulia Privilege member?
By becoming a Mulia Privilege member, you are eligible to:
- Earn Points for every eligible stay (with qualifying rate categories)
- Redeem points for rewards such as free hotel stays, room upgrades, dining, spa, and more.
- Exclusive member offers when staying with Mulia such as dining credit, and bonus points.

Can I change or share my membership?
No, Mulia Privilege membership, points and/or benefits are only valid for the appointed member, it cannot be changed, shared or combined by more than one person or membership.
Can I cancel the membership?
Yes, a member may cancel his/her Mulia Privilege account at any time by sending a written notice of cancellation to the Loyalty Marketing Program. All unredeemed Mulia Privilege points, awards and promotion rewards will immediately be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or transferred.
I just joined Mulia Privilege, when will I receive my membership card?
You will receive your Mulia Privilege card on your next visit after the membership is activated, at either The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas, Nusa Dua - Bali or Hotel Mulia Senayan – Jakarta.
How do I obtain a replacement card if my membership card is lost or stolen?
Your replacement card will take approximately four weeks to arrive. In the meantime, you are still entitled to enjoy Mulia Privilege benefits by verifying your personal details upon arrival with our Concierge Team.

Earning Mulia Privilege Points
How can I earn Mulia Privilege Points?
You can earn Mulia Privilege Points only if you are staying at the participating hotels under the program.
How many Mulia Privilege Points do I earn for my stay at the participating hotels?
Points can be earned when you stay at the participating hotels for these transactions.
Points will be given to every US$ 1.00 (one) or US Dollar equivalent spending (excluding tax and service charge) on room rate only as follow:
- Silver Member will earn five (5) points.
- Gold Member will earn six (6) points.
- Diamond Member will earn seven (7) points.
This does not apply to incidental charges such as, but not limited to, telephone, pay-per-view movies, entertainment and recreational facilities, spa treatments, and other incidental charges incurred to the member's account during the stay. This also does not apply to benefits such as, but not limited to, breakfast, airport transfer, internet, laundry that are included in your room package.
Food & Beverages
All Mulia Privilege members (Silver, Gold and Diamond) will earn five (5) points for every US$ 10 (ten) or US Dollar equivalent spending (excluding tax and service charge) on food and beverage transactions (charge to the room bill) at the participating hotel's outlets, excluding, but not limited to, banquet and catering, and alcoholic beverages where prohibited by law, when staying on property.
I stayed at a participating hotel in the program not long before joining Mulia Privilege, will my account be credited for that stay?
Unfortunately no, we cannot credit points for any stays at any participating hotel before you joined the program.
How long is my Mulia Privilege membership valid for?
Mulia Privilege Points must be redeemed within five (5) rolling years from your last eligible transaction(s) at the participating hotels. Hotel Mulia Senayan or The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas, Bali reserves the rights to revoke any, and all unredeemed point(s) thereafter.
All of your points will be forfeited when the membership has expired. You will receive written notification by email three months before the expiration date of your point(s) or membership.
Can I earn Mulia Privilege Points for multiple rooms if I am paying for them?
Members can earn points and enjoy the benefits for up to two (2) rooms booked and registered by the member each time. To earn the points, the member must be a registered guest, occupy at least one of the rooms and pay for all rooms. Any stays over 30 days (long-stay) are also eligible to earn points.
Must I make my reservations to earn Mulia Privilege Points?
Yes, Mulia Privilege Points are given to all stay(s) booked directly to the participating hotels with eligible rates, including but not limited to rack rate, best available rates, corporate rates, room packages.
However, you will not earn any points if you are staying with discounted rates, including, but not limited to:
- Travel agency rates, online travel agency rates. The reservation was made through a tour operator, online travel channel or other third-party channels including, without limitation, expedia.com, hotwire.com, priceline.com, orbitz.com, booking.com, travelocity.com, ctrip.com, etc.
- The reservation was made at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference or organized tour (business/leisure group reservations where the rooms are booked as part of a conference or an organized trip on a group account or settled globally) and wedding/banquet rates, and complimentary stays
- The reservation was made through a tour operator, wholesaler, at airline crew rates, etc.
- The reservation was made at specific special rates, wedding rate, family and friends rate, group.
How long will it take for my Mulia Privilege Points to be credited to my account?
Your Mulia Privilege Points are credited to your account within a maximum of 3 – 7 days after checkout from the eligible stay. You will receive an Account Summary every month to your email. If your Mulia Privilege Points have not been credited after that time, please send us details about your stay or transaction by email to Loyalty Team Mulia Bali or Loyalty Team Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.
Do points have a cash value?
Mulia Privilege Points cannot be converted into cash and can only be redeemed for rewards.
Can I transfer my points to another member?
No, Mulia Privilege Points cannot be transferred to another member.
I do not have enough points, can I purchase Mulia Privilege points?
Mulia Privilege Points cannot be purchased, members will earn points only through eligible stays at the participating hotels.
Mulia Privilege Tier Status & Benefits
How many different membership tiers are there for Mulia Privilege?
There are three different membership levels under our Mulia Privilege program, they are:
MULIA PRIVILEGE SILVER
All new members are Mulia Privilege Silver members and they can enjoy the benefits immediately. Once your membership is activated, you will receive a bonus of 500 points credited to your account.
MULIA PRIVILEGE GOLD
Mulia Privilege Gold status is given to any members with minimum spend of US$ 10,000 and up to US$ 19,999 OR have stayed at participating hotels under eligible rates for a minimum of 30 nights in any rolling year. They will also receive a bonus of 2,000 points credited to their account with the new status.
If within the following rolling year, the member does not spend within the qualifying amount, they will lose their Gold membership and benefits and will be requalified as a Silver member.
MULIA PRIVILEGE DIAMOND
Mulia Privilege Diamond status is given to any members with minimum spend of US$ 20,000 and above OR have stayed at participating hotels under eligible rates for a minimum of 50 nights in any rolling year. They will also receive a bonus of 4,000 points credited to their account.
If within the following rolling year, the member does not spend within the qualifying amount, they will lose their Diamond membership and benefits and will be requalified referring to the applicable membership tier qualifications.
If two (2) active members are staying in the same room, will they both be entitled to Mulia Privilege benefits?
When sharing accommodations with other Mulia Privilege members, Mulia Privilege benefits will only be granted to the person whose name the room reservation is made under.
How soon can I start enjoying my benefits?
You can enjoy the majority of your benefits immediately upon receiving either your temporary or permanent membership card. Simply present your membership card at participating restaurants and bars to enjoy your benefits.
How do I get the dining credit as a benefit?
Dining credit is part of the Gold and Diamond memberships for any eligible stay made at the participating hotels at the following amounts:
- Mulia Privilege Gold - USD 50 dining credit.
- Mulia Privilege Diamond - USD 75 dining credit.
The dining credit is given to any eligible stay.
It cannot be transferred to another party and can only be used during the stay at the dining outlets of Hotel Mulia Senayan - Jakarta or The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali.
Unused credit cannot be reimbursed, redeemed nor accumulated for cash or credit for the next stay, either in full or in part.
Any use of the dining credit is subject to Food and Beverage redemption terms & conditions.
Can I transfer my benefit to another person, such as my spouse or other family members?
Mulia Privilege membership and its benefits are exclusive to the cardholder only and they are non-transferable. To enjoy the benefits, members must be registered and present as guests at the participating hotels for up to a maximum of two (2) rooms per stay - booked, registered and paid by the member.
Mulia Privilege Points Redemption
How can I redeem my Mulia Privilege Points?
As soon as you have enough accumulated points, you may redeem your points with a selection of benefits from free stays, room upgrades, dining vouchers, spa vouchers, and more. Information about point redemption could be found on Rewards & Claim Catalogue page.
All redemptions are subject to availability. Blackout periods may also be imposed during which accommodation redemptions are not permitted, including, but not limited to, Chinese New Year, Idul Fitri, Christmas and New Year's period. Reservation is highly recommended for accommodation redemption.
What is Instant Redemption, and how do I use it?
You can choose to redeem your points on the spot during a stay on incremental charges that are ordinarily billed to your room – from dining to a massage or airport transportation – even a room upgrade or an extra day of vacation. There are no certificates, there is no waiting.
Can the rewards redeemed be cancelled or changed?
To cancel or revise your room redemption booking, kindly advise us at minimum three (3) days before arrival. Please note that it would take up to seven (7) days for us to reinstate points to your membership account.
In case of no show, all points will be automatically forfeited.
Please note that dining and spa rewards redeemed cannot be cancelled or changed.
Can I give Mulia Privilege rewards as a gift?
You may give Mulia Privilege rewards to another party as a gift. Simply fill up and complete a beneficiary name as stated on the claim form.
